This is my month of October when it comes to being active and working out! I am rather proud of myself! I went running twice a week every week! And I added extra activities to it by going swimming, biking, or to the gym! So I really feel good about my working out!
Eating wise it has been going up and down. There have been weeks where I ate super well during the week, but then gained it back during the weekend. And there has even been a week where I did not eat so well even during the week. So this for sure has to be the area where I improve!
Anyway, hope your month of October was as active as mine! Lets do the same for November (or better!). So going out for a run tomorrow before exciting stuff happens (going to grandparents, watching cyclocross, and then going to the football match for the Champions League, Racing Genk-Chelsea!!)
